RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • No refund if cancelled within 14 days of departure. 50% refund if cancelled more than 14 days before departure

  • Tours must be reserved in advance and paid for at the time of reservation

  • Space is not confirmed, until the tour has been reserved and paid

  • Tours are based on availability at the time of reservation and can be sold out. So reserve early

  • Forms of payment are: Cash, Traveler's Cheques, VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card.

  • Please be early to your departure. There are no refund if you are late and miss the tour, for any reason

  • Prices do not include Gratuities for Driver or Guide.

  • Prices do not include any meals, unless it is specified on the tour information

  • American Host Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries or hotels, due to adverse weather or other reasons beyond our control

  • American Host Tours is acting only as an agent and is not liable nor responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by any of the suppliers, by the guides we use, by acts of god or any other reasons

  • By making a Reservation, you certify that you are 18 years old, or older.  If you are not 18 years old, you cannot make reservations online.  In this case, please call us or ask at your school

  • By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this trip and accept full responsibility for making the reservation.  You also agree to hold American Host Tours, its agents, employees, tour guides and anyone else involved in this tour, harmless from any liability for bodily injury, property damage or other incident, which may arise out of the transportation or activities associated with this trip
